Description of Problem:
loading a web-page with any Flash content will hang the browser

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open browser
2. type http://www.flash.com in URL bar or any page with flash content
3. 

Actual Results:
browser locks while loading page

Expected Results:
page loads and flash content plays

How often does this happen?
every time

Additional Information:
this was happening with flash 4 plugin, so I updated to latest flash 5.0r48

This also occurs with Mozilla 1.0RC1.  I'm using 1.0RC1 releases of the Mozilla libraries under Debian unstable.
