please take a look at the attached logs, 

hlsdemux try download fragment 2632 that is no more present in the playlist again and again.

This is a "live" stream and fragments get deleted when old,

ffplay play this stream with no issue, please take a look at the ffplay logs, fragment 2632 is correctly downloaded, 

please note that ffplay has less delay than hlsdemux and so it downloads that fragment before GStreamer
