This is GNOME, but it's not part of ANY of the "Products" I could choose from.

You probably want gnome-shell:

But gnome-shell takes its measurements from upower, the component that provides a common access to the Linux kernel's description of power sources:

You definitely don't want to file a bug on the Perl bindings for a spell checking library.
