I don't suppose this is a big deal, but it has been present for a while.

Warning in file "/usr/local/share/applications/epiphany.desktop": usage of MIME type "multipart/related" is discouraged ("multipart" is a media type that probably does not make sense in this context)

We used to get these complaints all the time, until it was fixed two years ago in desktop-file-utils: https://cgit.freedesktop.org/xdg/desktop-file-utils/commit/?id=ec0949091f7a771c852c0314108f9aa4b2a25575

I know you build everything from source, so I guess you're just still on the older version.
