After clicking the 'print' button on toolbar or selection print from 'file menu, the 'export as pdf' widow opens. This window also opens after clicking the 'export as pdf' button. I am using Windows 10 Professional.

Thanks for taking time to report this. Although it's hard to tell from the title, this is covered in bug 787018.
