Description Chenglin Ye 2018-03-14 03:22:45 UTC
Hi,

S/W:
  libvdpau-1.1.1
  vdpau-va-driver-0.7.4
  libva-1.7.0
  gstreamer-1.2.x

Here, I had exported the environment variable GST_VAAPI_ALL_DRIVERS in order to make the vdpau bridge driver, <<but when I playback video with mpeg4/xvid format, encountered that the pipeline be in hang status if set rate to any value>>, and it worked well if decoded by soft. So, I guessed that maybe was "gstreamer-vaapi+vdpau" issue, can you provided any informations about this issue?

Thanks.

It is an issue with the vdpau-va-driver which is unmaintained. We had to add a driver blacklist because of that reason.

Sorry, but if you set GST_VAAPI_ALL_DRIVERS you are on your own.

I got it.

Thanks for taking time to confirm this.
