checkbox Placeholder is disabled

In Dialog "New File" > "New Accounts Hierarchy Setup" > "Setup selected accounts"  is written in the description: "If you would like an account to be a placeholder account, click the checkbox for that account."

But the checkbox elements are disabled. I cann't set new accounts as  placeholders or remove this property (see screenshot).

This looks like it has not worked for a very long time so have added some code to enabled it in PR 302. The other option is to delete the text but will see what comes of the PR.

This problem has been fixed in the unstable development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. You may need to upgrade your Linux distribution to obtain that newer version.
