Zeitgeist support is optional for bijiben but, after migration to meson, now it's default to true.

We need to make it false by default, so flatpak nightly build [0] can work again.

build: Make Zeitgeist no mandatory by default

Zeitgeist support is optional for bijiben but, after migration to meson,
it's enabled by default.

This patch changes that, returning to it's previous behavior.
