While debugging application, some windows gets irresponsive (as expected)

The issue is that gnome is spaming "window irresponsive" while:
 - it could find out that the process is being debugged
 - it could find out that the process is interrupted

And the worst part is that because of your dialog "window irresponsive" I can't even click on my debugger.

This is ultra critical for me as I can't work on gnome anymore because of this.
