Building documentation for gdk4

Error in gtkdoc helper script:
'gtkdoc-mkhtml' failed with status 6
warning: failed to load external entity "../xml/selections.xml"
../gdk4-docs.xml:42: element include: XInclude error : could not load ../xml/selections.xml, and no fallback was found


It can be fixed by removing xml/selections.xml from gdk4-docs.xml.
