Description Christian Hergert 2017-12-16 01:33:00 UTC
When the volume OSD is displaying a muted status, there is no progress bar below the icon. As the icon is vertically centered, this means that the icon position moves between unmuted and muted states.

We should ensure the layout for the icon stays the same, even when the progress is hidden.
