On https://www.dreamhost.com/support/#support-form choose "other" and fill in some test values and the CAPTCHA and submit the form.

The spinner never stops. The form is never submitted.

Works fine in chromium and /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/webkit2gtk-4.0/MiniBrowser .

Also, thanks for testing MiniBrowser... now we know it's likely to be an Epiphany problem, and there's not very much code in Epiphany that could break this.
