When using the HighContrast theme, rows need:
 * more padding;
 * and maybe a different styling (on a large window with usual row height).

Actually, with small-keys-list-rows, the outline overlaps with text on Adwaita too, only the line is thin enough not to bother.

Right, I didn’t even noticed it. /o\ But yeah, that’s only a problem in HighContrast, as it enters in conflict with the goal of this theme.
