"failed" upgrade window

When upgrading from Fedora 26 to Fedora 27, after upgrade is complete, a notification appears on the next login claiming the upgrade failed. After clicking on it, gnome-software window appears claiming the upgrade failed. See screenshot.

However, "pkcon offline-status" claims success.
