That's likely an issue with the utility rather than gnome-shell - the screenshot shows a fallback name that indicates that we couldn't match a .desktop file to the window. Which probably means that the app doesn't provide us with the necessary information (or misleading/incorrect one).

At least on Fedora, the tool doesn't ship a .desktop file at all, so as indicated in comment #1, this is a bug of the tool.

Yup, I was under the wrong assumption that it was hosted on freedesktop.org and not GNOME - I just filed a merge request[0] to fix the issue.
