In the context menu (right click menu) of emoji chooser entry, don't list 'insert emoji' as an item.

This is basically asking for a per-instance property dictating whether the emoji-related options are available, whereas Bug 786962 amounts either to a duplicate of this or to the idea of a per-class flag.

I've added input hints for emoji support now to solve this in a low-overhead way
