Test Case
---------
Select one of the panels in the left list box.
Use the down arrow keys to navigate to the Details panel.

What Doesn't Work
------------------
The Devices and Details rows don't show up as being selected.
The previous row (Networks) still looks selected.

More Info
---------
Now that I look more closely, I see that Devices (or Details) gets surrounded by the dotted box to show that it is selected. The dotted box is far less visible than the active blue highlighting (using the Adwaita theme) that Network still shows.
