gnome-dictionary 3.25.90, switched to meson build:

the man page is not being installed on the system (the .1 file is shipped in the data/ directory of the tarball, bit not referenced by meson.build)

Thanks; fixed in master, will be in GNOME Dictionary 3.26.0.
