Description Meg Ford 2017-07-18 03:19:43 UTC
Software that uses the GNOME logo should have the correct license files and attribution included so it is in compliance with the copyright. The correct licensing is CC-by-SA 3.0 and LGPLv3, as included in the Adwaita icon theme. Can you please add the proper attribution and the LGPLv3 license so control-center is in compliance? Thank you!

I'm happy to do so but I'm not sure what and where. Can you point me to another GNOME module as an example for this?
Comment 2 André Klapper 2021-06-09 16:27:08 UTC
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new bug report at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
