Shutdown dialog

Description of problem:
The shutdown dialog appears to be completely frozen right after I open it. No button click animation is executed during the first click; only clicking again will trigger the selected button's action.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Only after GNOME 3.24

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the system menu at the top right corner, click the "OFF/Power" icon.
2. Try to click any of the three buttons

Actual results:
The buttons don't react to the first click, only the next.

Expected results:
The buttons should react right away.

Additional information:
Fedora 26 Workstation x86_64

Also affects Arch Linux (GNOME 3.24.2)
