QIF file which cannot be imported

This bug occurs every time I try to import a file which contains empty Payee field (it was generated by my Bank).

How to reproduce:
- Open GnuCash
- File/Import/Import QIF
- Forward/(Select attached file)/Forward/Start/Forward/Forward/Forward/Forward/Forward/Forward/Forward/Forward/Forward/Start Import
- The following message appears: "A bug was detected while converting the QIF data."

It would be nice if it could just import items with empty P line.

However, it should absolutely display a helpful error message. Even as an IT savvy person I had a hard time finding the cause of this bug, even though I was using the debug logs.
