Description:
When I open pan, a message about no group list exist apear, with a
question about download one.

I accept and the error apear, but pan do not close, and when I try to
close it say that a background task is running (I supose trying to
download the group list)

This was fixed in 0.11.1.91:  Pan is unable to connect to your server.
Either the server is down, or the hostname/port you specified is
incorrect.
