BEHAVIOR
I recently tried adding my Google account, and it went to Google's sign-in page. I put in my username/email, then password, but after I put in my password and click "Next", it goes to a white screen and hangs there. After about ten minutes, it gives an error, and the only option I have is to close the window.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
To be able to add my Google account like normal. (This issue does not appear to be present to users using GOA 3.22.x, as they reported on Google+)

BUG DISCOVERED USING
Ubuntu GNOME 17.04 x64
GNOME shell 3.24.1
Mutter 3.24.1
Linux kernel 4.10.0-20-generic
Xorg 7.7

I investigated the issue and can confirm the same, but it is valid for all GNOME versions. It has something to do with the new Google sign-in, which seems not to be compatible with GNOME. Beside the fact that you can not add Google through GNOME Online Accounts, it is possible to sign in with Chromium and Firefox but not with GNOME Web (epiphany). I have tested the behavior on CentOS 7, fedora 25, fedora 26, RHEL 7 and ubuntu GNOME 17.04. When the web interface offers the old version of Google sign-in everything works as expected - when the new version is offered it is not possible to add the Google account to GNOME and to sign in with GNOME Web, an empty site shows : https://accounts.google.com/signin/v2/challenge/password/empty
As the new Google sign-in seems to be used by default now, the problem urgently has to be addressed soon ... otherwise Google accounts can not be connected to GNOME.
