GIMP 2.9.5 PPA

Edit > Stroke Selection
In the case of "Antialiasing".

Join style-Miter,No antialiasing.The skew lines of the selection are serrated and slightly larger in size.

Join style-Round,OK。

(The selection stored in the .xcf's channels.)
