My system is Windows 10 64-bit.

GnuCash versions 2.6.16 fails to launch after setup with the error:
gnucash.exe - System Error
The program can't start because pthreadGC2.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Reverting to 2.6.15 setup works without issue.
