When trying to save a new recipe with the same author name and same recipe name gives a notification about it. After that trying to save the recipe with another name crashes the app.

Steps to recreate:
1. Click on New Recipe
2. Name the new recipe and author with combination of both that already exists.
3. A notification will pop up saying: 
 "A recipe with same name and author already exists. Please choose a different name"
4. Type in a different recipe name which doesn't exist already
5. Click Save.
