The [Back] button sensitivity logic is not quire right.

How to reproduce:
1. Launch Boxes
2. Press [New] to open the wizard
3. Click [Back]

Results:
Boxes segfaults.

Expected Result:
The Cancel button should not be sensitive in the first place.
