Patch to add tips on changing reconcile status of all transactions in the reconcile window

A tip has been provided in both the Tutorial and User Guide section on account reconciliation and the Help Manual section on the reconcile window to indicate that the reconcile status of all transactions in the Funds In and Funds Out panes can be set to checked or unchecked state by using Ctrl-A followed by a space character.

The attached patch file contains the changes

I will see about "gitting" these changes into the documentation, with a couple of editorial changes. Specifically, it is not necessary to explain the different panes in the window, as they have already been described earlier in the docs.
