Correct PostScript capitalization

PostScript is spelled incorrectly in the following help files:

 doc/C/files-formats.xml
 doc/C/files-saving.xml
 doc/C/files-ssconvert.xml
 doc/C/gnumeric.xml
 doc/C/gui-menus.xml
 doc/C/manual-usage.xml
 doc/C/printing.xml
 doc/C/quick-start.xml

I'm not sure how important that is, but patch applied.  Thanks.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Once that release is available, you may want to check for a software upgrade provided by your Linux distribution.
