receiving options

It would be nice to document the changes from bug #773419, possibly into
the mail-working-offline.page.

The added option into the Receiving Options tab is related only to the IMAPx, Exchange Web Services (EWS) and MAPI accounts.

The attached is how it looks like in the IMAPx account. The added is the very last option "line" there.

Apart from the term "mails" which does not exist in English: Looks good.
