Description me 2002-04-03 23:36:22 UTC
Package: gnome-core
Severity: normal
Version: 1.4.0.6
Synopsis: staroffice 5.2 crashes panel
Bugzilla-Product: gnome-core
Bugzilla-Component: panel

Description:
Every time I launch staroffice 5.2 from nautilus (not from the panel) by
clicking on a document name, it crashes the gnome panel. Although the
panel is crashed, it does not restart. It just freezes up and stops
redrawing itself (I can put windows on top of it and move them and the
graphics on the panel won't come back). I must manually kill the panel
with signal 9 to get it to restart.

Please try the packages I've made available at
http://www.gnome.org/~kmaraas and see if those behave better. This
would be a really great help.
