Description Frank 2016-11-21 01:13:19 UTC
At the moment, hyphenation is done when a certain number of letters or maybe a certain width of the file or folder name is reached. Correct hyphenation should be implemented with respect to spelling changes and user's dictionaries.

I found Bug #147659, which describes the same issue but is targeted against Pango.
Comment 1 Carlos Soriano 2016-11-21 09:35:17 UTC
I guess this should be in pango then? We don't really handle the hypenation
Comment 2 Frank 2016-11-21 19:15:17 UTC
Ok, I don't know what Pango exactly is and which part would be responsible for this. Can you address this bug report to the correct category or should I open another one somewhere else?
