Nvidia GPU - 960 GTX (4096MB)
Intel Skylake CPU - (8-thread, 4700MHz)
GeiL RAM - (16834MB, 3200MHz)

Clicking anywhere with the Foreground & Background colors 'eye dropper' tool will cause a crash, whether a document is open or not, whether a legitimate colour, the desktop or the Gimp panels were clicked; The program will crash.

Two.
Primary: 1628x1080 (custom resolution, 0-150Hz, @70Hz)
Secondary: 1680x1050 (standard resolution, 0-72Hz, @70Hz)

Vertically arranged 
in Control Panel\Appearance and Personalisation\Display\Screen Resolution

Does not crash if I disable the secondary monitor.
