Steps to reproduce:
1. open gnome-control-center, keyboard panel
2. press Ctrl+F to search

What happens:
Nothing

Expected behavior:
Ctrl+F should toggle search bar (visibility).

The patch above toggles the search bar's visibility within the pressing of any key, the same way we do in the overview.
