It would be nice, if i can see the output from my application like "Build Output".

Workaround: 
Start Builder from a terminal. In the terminal you see the output.

I wasn't sure how to go about doing this until very recently, and yes we should definitely support this.

With our recent changes to support Vte (terminal) when under flatpak, we should be much closer to making this happen.
