Is it possible to add support for the VPX_CODEC_USE_ERROR_CONCEALMENT flag?
It is useful when working with rtp and packet loss.

It should probably be added here:
https://github.com/GStreamer/gst-plugins-good/blob/master/ext/vpx/gstvpxdec.c#L587

The --enable-error-concealment flag should be added
