How to reproduce:
1. Create some bookmarks with Ctrl-D
2. Click on Bookmarks in Panel menu
3. Click on All in list of topics
4. Click on News

Expected: News is selected and entries shown on right
Actual: News is not selected, All is still selected

OS: 
- Ubuntu Gnome 16.10 daily (3.20.3)
- Ubuntu Gnome 16.04 LTS (with 3.18)

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. This dialog has been broken for years; I guess the mouse events are being swallowed somewhere after a GTK+ change. We're not going to fix this because we have removed this dialog in a development branch; hopefully 3.22 will be the last broken release.

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.
