When displaying a commit with a long commit message, there is no scrollable area, so it's possible for the commit message to extend below the height of the window. Only the diff is scrollable, but the diff may be entirely below the window.

See screenshot for an example. The only way I found to view this commit diff was to maximize the window, then I have a teensy scrollable area at the bottom of the window. With a slightly longer commit message or a slightly smaller screen resolution, it'd be impossible.

Implemented to show the extended commit message as part of the scrollable area, while keeping the single line subject as it was.
