GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 766743
confused by multiple albums having the same name
Last modified: 2016-05-23 07:09:50 UTC
Originally reported downstream at https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=980957 === Original downstream bug text === In my music collection I have 3 albums named "Greatest Hits". One by The Police, one by Queen and one by Joe Cocker. Gnome Music only displays two albums named "Greatest Hits", one by Queen and one by Joe Cocker. Both are displayed with the picture of Joe Cocker's album. If I open the one by Queen, the track list is correct, only the picture is incorrect. However if I open the one by Joe Cocker, the track list interleaves the songs by Joe Cocker and the songs by The Police. Gnome Music should present the 3 albums separately, each with the right picture. === Original downstream bug text === this is very similar to bug 701065 - but the tree albums, although having the same name, are in fact three different albums by three different artists - so the discussed 'do only show one' logic won't apply
