While using the win32 .89pre1 installer version (http://dia-
installer.sourceforge.net) I was unable to export diagrams as a PNG.  
Other formats appeared to export correctly, however I did not test them 
all.

While exporting as a PNG there was a critical error in libdia.dll that 
caused Dia to crash and close.  

I downloaded .88 installer (same URL as above) and am able to 
*successfully* export diagrams as a PNG.

If you need more information please contact me and I will provide further 
error messages.
