Barely readable info bars in backdrop state

See the screenshot showing the info bar in evolution, nautilus and gtk3-demo. These are all different widget, but all show the same issue.

good catch, I appreciate the bug report, but in this particular case IRC would have worked anyway ;-)

Fixed in master with commit 2b3472408757531ef061a62b40e6e5d0dc0f1400 and in 3.20 with commit 5affbbe5455f3805e3805e407719e793dad83b90
