Social media post with expired copyright in footer

The copyright on the footer of the wiki pages is out of date. e.g.

https://wiki.gnome.org/GUADEC/HowTo/Schedule/Keynotes#preview (2005 - 2015)

This is important to fix because the engagement team will be posting links to these pages from time to time and the footer with the copyright appears as the image on social media, advertising to the world that the footer is out of date. See attachment.

AC:
[ ] copyright is updated consistently to 2005 - 2016 on the footer of the wiki
