The window isn't large enough to show all the contents, it is not scrollable, and the apply/cancel buttons are only acessible by TABing to them (see screenshot).

Seeing this on Fedora 24.

The screenshot maybe isn't clear (I took it using alt+PrtSc] but is showing the full extents of the dialog, it wasn't cropped.
