Description scum.filter 2016-03-20 09:57:06 UTC
I am unable to use the login for my account on extensions.gnome.org (same email address as this bugzilla account), it gives me the error "Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields are case-sensitive". I have tried resetting the password, which is successful, but still cannot login using the newly updated password. I have also tried creating a new account using the same email address, which is also successful, but still doesn't allow me to login. Finally, I have cleared my browser cache and cookies but still no joy... please assist, thank you!

Is this still issue for you? We are recently upgraded e.g.o. platform
Comment 2 scum.filter 2016-11-29 17:45:17 UTC
Yes, I am still unable to login. There is however the new issue of not being able to reset my password anymore, which it allowed me to do before... I now get "500 - Internal Server Error, The server had an error when you wanted to access this page. This site is beta, so it may happen sometimes. Please let us know what you did so we can fix it!"

The problem is that e.g.o. doesn't enforced unique user emails (this is not issue anymore) so you are currently have 4 accounts.

Please post account name which you would like to use - I will disable all others, so you will be able to properly reset your password.

Thank you for your assistance with this. I actually ended up creating a separate account a while back with a different email due to not being able to log in.

I would prefer to keep just that account and delete all the ones with the scum.filter address, however I have a different issue with the newer account as well. It uses my email address as the username (which unfortunately shows up on extension pages that I post reviews on) and I cannot find any way to change it in my account settings. Is that possible for you to do? Also, is there a channel (email maybe) for me to provide the account information to you so it's not publicly posted in the bug comments? Thanks again for your help.
