The font color for the *Total* column in the main window (Accounts Tab) is hard-coded in black, making it very difficult or impossible to see that information when the user has a dark theme installed.
The account name and description columns do not have this problem

Thanks for taking the time to report this.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed in the code repository.

Please upgrade to at least gnucash 2.6.4 (the version in which this issue has been fixed), though the current stable release 2.6.11 would even be better.
