initial setup part that's a bit eeky.

When setting up the initial password for the keyring, we could hopefully do better. Right now a tiny, wide modal dialog pops up somewhere on the screen. Not very nicely laid out. Screenshot from GNOME Continuous attached.

This seems to actually be a regression, the prompt should have never showed up.
