Gimp allows for multiple "Colors Dockable" - this is awesome, but few things are duplicated with each new Dockable.

Those are: new color history swatches, pick color button, color hex code entry, BG/FG color widget.

I think visibility of those elements should be configurable in Dockables Menu, so user can specify in which dockable they will be visible, or they should be moved to separate Dockable/s.

Probably first option would be best.

Can you give a use case for having more than one dockable? Do you keep
them below each other? Keeping them in the same row is certainly
useless, you can just as well use the buttons in the dockable.
