GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 759832
Wrong ordering of files
Last modified: 2018-03-06 12:13:54 UTC
Initially I have posted this issue here: https://sourceforge.net/p/pcmanfm/bugs/980/ The documentation of g_utf8_collate_key_for_filename says that it sorts filenames with numbers intelligent without being more precise about it but providing an example. But for example I'm getting the ordering "1" "2" "002" "3" with it but since the number 2 in both variants is basically equal I would expect "002" being before "2" then.
Thanks for taking the time to report this. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 754777 ***
