I agree, I see it each time I open nautilus. The normally rounded location buttons are always have sharp corners right when you open it, however clicking to a new window or interacting with the buttons causes them to gain the rounded borders all of a sudden.
This is also visible with other themes, such as Arc, so I don't believe it to be a themeing issue. In fact this bug might be better filed with GTK+ as it is probably an issue with the location widget
I did some tests today - glitch is not present in GNOME 3.16 - is present in GNOME 3.17.4 file chooser dialog - is present in GNOME 3.18.x file chooser dialog and nautilus Test done in Fedora 23 Alpha with GNOME 3.17.4: - updating gtk+ from 3.17.5 -> 3.18 did not cause glitch in nautilus - updating nautilus from 3.17.3 -> 3.18 however did

Created attachment 315604 [details] gtk 3.17.1 changed compoent to gtk+ Seems to me that bug was introduced in gtk 3.17.1 Look at location bar "liveuser/Downloads" in my last 2 attachments, the one in 3.17.1 does not have rounded corners on right side, which is exactly same glitch that happens in nautilus. It corrects itself when I move mouse pointer over it.
*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 754868 ***
I'd like to reopen this, bug is still present in nautilus 3.19.91
fixed in 3.19.92 https://git.gnome.org/browse/nautilus/commit/?h=gnome-3-20&id=710fd4c59b2b74f4579fbb90b0b617f502842e9e
