Description Simonas Kazlauskas 2015-11-04 17:52:43 UTC
The zoom element in the header has range from 30% to 300% and looks very odd when zooming with mouse wheel you zoom past this range (towards 2000%) while the slider is already full.

I agree, the mouse controls should match the visual/screen controls. I think the function and user experience should be consistent between input methods.
Comment 2 Felix Riemann 2017-08-10 19:40:33 UTC
The slider didn't work as nicely as I hoped it would and has been replaced by a text widget with a menu that allows using the whole zooming range again. The new widget is in place since GNOME 3.24.
